Hi my name is Shelia Kidd, a licensed massage therapist in Huntsville, AL. I graduated from Massage Therapy Institute in Decatur, AL in 2019.

I am excited to be located within Spa 24/7 Health and Wellness Center off Hwy 72. In my practice, I perform therapeutic massage of soft tissue and joints, that assist in the assessment of range of motion, stress relief, reduction of pain and regaining muscle strength.

Massage therapy is a wonderful way to promote wellness.
